A normal part of business is to look for operational savings and ways to work smarter. We have helped a number of clients achieve significant operational improvements through the use of automation and integration services.
We helped on client achieve significant improvements in their cash flows and customer service standards by developing a background service which automatically processed and apply balance transfers and payments to customers accounts. This small development replaced lengthy and error prone manual methods which had a very large backlogs.
A second client saw a significant decrease in call centre contacts for transaction and balance information after we developed software modules to integrate the clients existing SMS providers across Europe with central systems of reference.
For another client, interested in improving customer service standards, we provided a number of software modules, which tracked what customers did within the IVR system before they were connected to an agent. By providing this information in real time as the customer was connected to an agent, the agent had a better idea of why the customer had contacted the service centre.
Other clients have leveraged more from their business by launching their services in other European countries, our role was to develop all the localisation work to enable all customer facing systems to work with other languages, cultures and currencies.
Further leverage was also generated by providing the interface services to currency exchange services which enables funds to be exchanged and transfered by account holders
For another client we developed a series of cross selling modules, which analysed the customer profile in real-time and provided the web site with customisation that would allow customer specific services and offers. The software also provided the service interfaces to fulfill these offers.
We have created web based applications that have enabled a client to develop a bespoke cash withdrawal network, in locations that are not already served by ATMs. The application validates, verifies, authenticates and processes the transaction to take the funds from an agent, in real time.
We have provided all the integration services which link a major banks global web based sales channel with the online decision engines to make it possible for the bank to make a credit decision in real time.
